The Warrior Pose Sequence is a journey through three yoga postures that help kids and families practice strength, focus, and resilience. Each step is like telling a story with your body: standing tall, opening wide, and soaring forward.
Step Into Your Warrior Sequence

Warrior I: Step forward, bend your front knee, and raise your arms to the sky. Feel tall and strong like a mountain.

Warrior II: Open your arms wide, one in front and one behind. Look over your hand like a brave explorer ready for adventure.

Warrior III: Lean forward, lift your back leg, and stretch your arms. You might wobble (that’s okay!) because balance grows with practice.
After completing the sequence, switch sides and try again. Each time you flow through the poses, you’re building both strength in your muscles and confidence in yourself.
